At Country Road Fashions, we’re committed to delivering garments that fit flawlessly and feel exceptional. If this is your first order with us, we recommend allowing approximately four weeks from start to finish. The initial delivery typically takes around two weeks, followed by an additional two weeks for any necessary alterations. While we aim for an excellent fit from the start based on your measurements, a round of adjustments is often needed to fine-tune the garment to your unique shape and preferences. If you’re ordering for a time-sensitive occasion, we advise having a backup option just in case some fit adjustments are required after delivery.

For returning clients who would like to update their fit, we recommend reaching out to us in advance so we can adjust your pattern accordingly before production begins. This can help you avoid alterations altogether. However, we’re always happy to make further adjustments on repeat orders for a small fee if needed.

We’re pleased to offer complimentary in-house alterations for first-time clients based in Thailand. These will be carried out by the same master tailors who constructed your garments, ensuring continuity in quality and craftsmanship. There’s no need to hunt down a local tailor or worry about extra charges—alterations are entirely on the house if requested within 60 days of receiving your order or showroom delivery. Every adjustment made is carefully documented to ensure your fit becomes more consistent with each order.

If your body or fit has changed and you’re looking to place another order, we can help. Just send us three natural photos—front, side, and back—of you wearing the garments that need adjusting. Our team will assess them and recommend updates to your fit profile to ensure your next order is as seamless and comfortable as the first.

Due to the custom nature of our garments, all orders are final sale. Each piece is made to your exact specifications, and we are committed to minimizing fabric waste and overproduction. That said, we understand that ordering online can sometimes be tricky—colors may appear different on screens, and fabric textures are hard to judge from a photo.
