The craft
What is bespoke tailoring?
A bespoke garment is cut from your own measurements, in cloth you choose, with the details you ask for. Ready-made clothing starts from a graded size and is taken in toward you afterwards. Bespoke starts from you.
How do I submit my own measurements?
Follow the measurement guide. It covers how to take each measurement and how to upload it. We also need three full-length photographs of you, taken by someone else, from the front, the side and the back.
We cannot check a measurement we did not take, so an error in the numbers carries through to the garment. Tell us what looks wrong and we will do what we can to correct it.
Payment
How can I pay?
Pay by debit or credit card at checkout. Transactions appear under our parent company, Country Road Fashions Co., Ltd.
Is the payment safe?
Yes. Card details are entered on a certified payment provider's own secure checkout and are never stored on our servers.
What is the refund policy?
Every garment is cut to one set of measurements and fits nobody else, so all sales are final.
For clients in Thailand, alterations to a first garment are free of charge at our Bangkok atelier within sixty days of delivery.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Prices and delivery times are set out in the shipping policy.
How long does it take to receive my garments?
It depends on the garment and on the cloth, and customs can add to it. The bespoke process page sets out how the timing works and what lengthens it. If you are ordering for a fixed date, say so when you commission and we will tell you whether we can meet it.
Where are my clothes made?
Your clothes are made in our workshops in Bangkok, Thailand.
