Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from our workshops in Bangkok.

What it costs

Shipping is priced at checkout from your address and the weight of what you have ordered, and the figure you see there is the figure you pay us. Within Thailand it is a flat 100 baht to your door, or you can choose to collect from the showroom.

Collecting in person

Choose collection at checkout and there is nothing to pay for shipping. We e-mail you when your order is ready, and a tailor can check the fit while you are here.

How long it takes

Your cloth is cut and the garment made up in Bangkok, then shipped and cleared through customs in your country. Customs is the part neither of us controls, and it is the part that varies most.

Where you live changes the journey. If you are ordering for a fixed date, tell us when you commission and we will say honestly whether we can meet it, before you choose a cloth.

Duties and taxes

For most of the countries we ship to, the price at checkout already includes import duty and tax, and the parcel arrives with nothing more to pay. The shipping method is named duty and tax included.

For the European Union, Iceland, Norway, Türkiye, Indonesia, Mexico and a few other destinations, our courier can only carry the parcel with duty and tax unpaid. The method is named duty and tax not included, paid on arrival: the courier collects your country's import VAT, any duty and a handling fee from you before delivery. Those charges are set by your government, not by us, and we cannot tell you the figure in advance.

Currency

Our prices are set in Thai baht and your card is charged in Thai baht wherever you are. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may add a fee, so your statement can differ a little from the total shown here.

Duty and tax included: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, the Channel Islands, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, the Maldives, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.

Duty and tax paid on arrival: every country of the European Union, Iceland, Greenland, Norway, San Marino, Türkiye, Ukraine, the Balkans, the Caucasus, Central Asia, Egypt, Jordan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Yemen, Indonesia, Brunei, Mexico, and everywhere else we deliver.

Checkout quotes a price for any address it can reach. If it shows none for yours, or you would rather confirm before you choose a cloth, write to us.
